    FSW Solid-State Joining

    Hermetic Friction Stir Welding of end caps and manifold interfaces to guarantee zero-pore seam integrity.

    Evacuation & Precision Liquid Charging

    Vacuum degassing of internal chambers and automated volumetric acetone charging (20%–30% fill ratio).
  4. 4

    Module & Hybrid Assembly

    Integrating fin arrays, EPDM frame gaskets, and mini-propane compressor auxiliary circuits (0.4–0.7 kW).
  5. 5

    Pre-Test Inspection & Prototype Release

    Executing preliminary pressure/seal checks and releasing functional prototypes for bench validation.
