Conventional air-to-air heat exchangers hit a physical wall at 2 kW due to the cubic relationship between fan power and airflow. Our ALVC-backed air-to-air systems break this barrier through superior phase-change U-values, enabling up to 5 kW of purely passive cooling in sealed enclosures (IP54).

Working Principle
- Heat Absorption (Internal Loop): An internal fan draws warm air from the enclosure and routes it through the internal channels of the heat exchanger block. The air transfers its heat to the fin structure and cools down.
- Heat Dissipation (External Loop): An external fan simultaneously pushes ambient air through the opposing channels of the same fin block. The ambient air absorbs the heat and carries it to the outside.
- Hermetic Separation of Air Streams: Internal and external air pass through the same block without ever mixing. The physical dividing wall maintains full IP protection. No dust, moisture, or corrosive gases enter the enclosure.
- Continuous Cycle — 100% Passive (no refrigerants): No compressor, no refrigerant, no condensate management. Minimal energy use (fans only). Service life >100,000 hours, low maintenance.
