Copper Heat Pipe Assembly

High-performance assembly integrating custom copper heat pipes, aluminum fins, and precision baseplates for rapid localized heat transfer.

A copper heat pipe is a sealed enclosure maintained in a vacuum environment. It achieves two-phase cooling thermal transition through a continuous cycle of evaporation and condensation — the internal liquid contacts the heat source, absorbs heat, vaporizes, travels to the cold side, condenses back into liquid, and circulates repeatedly.

ALVC heat pipe assemblies combine copper or aluminum heat pipes with precision-manufactured fin structures. By press-fitting or soldering the pipes directly to the heat source interface, thermal energy is transported instantly to remote cooling zones. Modular fabrication supports flexible tube diameters and custom geometries for any installation.
