Copper vapor chambers provide excellent thermal spreading capabilities for components under extreme thermal loads. By using a fluid phase-change process within a sealed copper envelope, these heat spreaders can maintain near-uniform junction temperatures.
This is particularly critical for modern AI hardware accelerators, server CPUs, and advanced power electronics modules where localized hot spots can degrade reliability and trigger thermal throttling.
